“What a mess! When creating an account with Petsure the application crashed whilst setting up the account. It took me back to a page to fill out my bank details again. I thought nothing of it and was able to finish setting up my account. When it came time to pay, 2 sums were taken from my account. Upon investigation, 2 direct debits were set up on my bank. Both with reference L&Z re Petsure and no way of knowing if I could delete one without invalidating my insurance or losing evidence to get a refund. I contacted their live chat to try and get this sorted. After a week I got a response saying that they had spoken to finance and that it looked correct as there was a policy per payment. Obviously this was not satisfactory, as the system should not have been able to create duplicate policies, and if the notes had been read correctly this would have been obviously quite odd. This was 2 months ago, and it is still "with finance" meanwhile I have been double charged 2 more times. This is an absolute joke. AVOID.”
